I chose Savassi Hotel because it was conveniently located near the attraction I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the reliable service and professional staff. The rooftop pool and regional restaurant were also highlights, offering a refreshing drink by the poolside bar and a satisfying meal with a selection of fresh fruit and juice. The complimentary buffet breakfast served daily was a great start to my day.
Unclear answer about the garage height and lack of reserved parking spot caused inconvenience. Excessive use of plastic in amenities is wasteful and can be improved.

I recently stayed at a surprisingly big hotel with a nice terrace and pool at the top. The location was excellent, with attractions like Liberty Plaza and a bustling commercial center within a short walking distance. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and kind, especially front desk clerk Giovanni, who provided valuable information about the city and its attractions. The breakfast buffet was expansive, offering a variety of options including ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit. The rooms were clean and the air conditioners worked well. Despite some basic and dated furnishings, the hotel is a great option for budget-conscious travelers.
Nothing, it was perfect! 😊

The room was big size, had amazing private bathroom. The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of an urban square.

The hotel's decoration had a touch of elegance and sophistication, which I really appreciated. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel.
It would have been even better if the staff had more understanding and patience with us senior guests. It's important for them to be considerate and helpful, especially when dealing with the needs of older individuals.

Magnificent location of the hotel by great bars. Could see street perfectly from our reasonably spacious room.

We stayed at a hotel in a lovely neighborhood, located near an avenue with great bars and cafes. The location was perfect for us. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a good shower in the bathroom. However, the breakfast wasn't great, with poor quality products. The hotel had free parking which was a plus, but the staff wasn't very helpful.
The swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was not mentioned on the website.

Excellent place, I liked excellent personnel.
I was given a twin room with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The bed was extremely comfy and there was free Wi-Fi. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from Estatua de Tiradentes...

This hotel impressed me with its fantastic breakfast options and friendly staff. I also loved the fact that it was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the local area. Another advantage was the availability of a comfortable and cozy lounge area where I could relax in the evening.
The hotel fell short when it came to a few issues. the air conditioning was very noisy and disturbed my sleep.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a safe and beautiful neighborhood, surrounded by amazing bars and cafes. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fantastic. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcomed throughout our entire stay.
Couldn't fault this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location was great, surrounded by bars and in a nice neighborhood. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also good and the room was spacious enough. However, there were a few drawbacks. the lighting in the room was too bright and there were no bedside lamps, making it difficult to watch TV without the reflection of the ceiling light. Secondly, I had requested information about the height of the parking garage for my high car multiple times, but received unclear answers. This caused inconvenience as I had to park in a tight garage on one occasion. Lastly, the hotel used a lot of plastic, which is wasteful for the environment. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel for a short stay. I had a satisfactory experience.
